SSTC Dashboard Support
SSTC Dashboard is Savannah Sweet Tea Company's internal operations app for approved team members.
Help and account access
Email thomas@savsweetteaco.com for installation help, account approval, data corrections, account deletion or other app support. Include the app version and the screen where you need help. Never email passwords or sign-in codes.
Data and orders
The dashboard shows source dates. Refresh downloads the latest published dashboard; individual business sources update on their own schedules. An order request is queued until warehouse processing is verified. A warehouse order marked complete has finished order entry; tracking separately shows shipment progress when available.
Delete your SSTC account
In version 1.0 and later, open More > SSTC account > Delete SSTC account, then confirm with the same Apple account. This removes your SSTC sign-in, team access and notification registration, cancels unprocessed requests and clears the saved dashboard on that phone. Orders already being fulfilled and company accounting records are retained for business obligations. This does not delete your Apple account. Contact thomas@savsweetteaco.com if you need help.
