SSTC Dashboard Privacy

Effective November 5, 2026. This policy applies to SSTC Dashboard, the internal operations app operated by Savannah Sweet Tea Company.

Information used by the app

When you sign in with Apple, our authentication provider receives your Apple account identifier and the email address Apple supplies, including a private relay address if you choose one. Approved accounts can access company operations records. Shipment requests contain the recipient name, destination address, selected products and quantities, shipping service, optional phone number and notes.

If you enable notifications, we store a device notification token and your notification preferences. Notifications may contain business details according to your settings. The app keeps downloaded dashboard data and preferences on your device for offline use. Hosting providers may process technical request logs, including network addresses, for service operation and security.

How information is used and shared

We use this information to authenticate team members, provide the dashboard, process requested shipments, deliver notifications and support the app. Supabase provides hosted authentication and database services. Apple provides sign-in, push notifications and optional iCloud services. Authorized shipment details are provided to Savannah River Fulfillment through Extensiv and to the shipping carrier as needed to fulfill requests. Company data originates from our business systems and is available only to authorized users.

The app does not contain advertising or third-party advertising trackers. We do not sell app account information or use it for cross-app advertising.

Retention and choices

Account information is retained while needed to operate and secure the service. Business orders and financial records may be retained separately for fulfillment, accounting and legal obligations. You can disable notifications in device settings. Signing out disconnects authentication; it is not an account-deletion request.

To request access, correction or deletion of your app account and associated personal information, contact thomas@savsweetteaco.com. We verify the requester's identity before acting and explain any records that must be retained. Deleting the app removes its local application data but does not by itself delete server records.

Delete your SSTC account

In version 1.0 and later, open More > SSTC account > Delete SSTC account, then confirm with the same Apple account. This removes your SSTC sign-in, team access and notification registration, cancels unprocessed requests and clears the saved dashboard on that phone. Orders already being fulfilled and company accounting records are retained for business obligations. This does not delete your Apple account. Contact thomas@savsweetteaco.com if you need help.
